A faulty product was delivered. The supplier sent false documentation to support his claim that the product was fully functional. The documentation he sent to support his claim was for a different product. I have full proof of the above.

Never confirm delivery before it is fully tested otherwise there is no way to contest the Chinese supplier. Advice to other buyers is never to buy from this supplier. His activities are fraudulent and he lies.
