I've visited Jack Luo at his Oh Young Fashion factory in Nanchang THREE TIMES. First in Nov 2013 to do factory inspection and pre-production audit check. Then twice in August 2014 and October 2014) to try resolve problems, but they offer no compensation for my losses caused by their faults. They only say they will do better next time, but they still have more problems.

First two problems were wrong packing on a 25,000 t-shirt order, and very-very late delivery with 2500 LS tops. We moved production to another factory after these problems - but then we needed a order quickly and Oh Young were the only supplier with our particular fabric and colour in stock to meet our deadline. The got that order right so we decided to give them another try.

The latest problem: I ordered 2500 sports t-shirts from Oh Young Fashion. We agreed a size chart with the factory and they produced all the t-shirts too small.

The t-shirts were for a ladies running event. Oh Young Fashion could not produce any more t-shirts in the correct size in time for the running event so I had to order 2500 t-shirts from a UK wholesaler at short notice as all the t-shirts were too small. This cost me GBP 7050.00 (approx USD 11,070.00) to get the correct sized t-shirts.

I believe the factory knew they did not have enough of the fabric to make 2500 t-shirts to the correct size chart, so they produced them all too small so they have enough fabric to produce 2500 t-shirts. In August when I visited the factory with my Chinese Business Partner we toured their new fabric stores and new production lines with the sales contact, factory owner (Jack Luo) and their fabric supplier. My business partner overheard their fabric supplier tell our sales contact that they did not have enough fabric for 2500 t-shirts, and he joked that they were not making kids t-shirts. When we asked about this our sales contact said they had more of the same fabric in another store room and not to worry - a big fat lie. After production was finished, I asked them for 200 more t-shirts in the same colour, they had no fabric remaining.

We went to visit the factory and spoke to Jack Luo and June Zhu but they did not agree to refund our money, only more promises to get it right in future.
