I have a startup business that I am running solely and have very tight budgets and time frames. I selected this particular printer as they convinced me of their quality and good service. My alarm bells started to ring when they advised they had gone to print without providing any proofs, not even a pdf let alone a hard copy. EVERYTHING went wrong from there...specifically: Business card:Size incorrect, 45×90 supplied, 50×90 specified Card not as specified, under thickness appears 300gsm, 500gsm specified Card curling- due to poor quality and thickness Cropping not straight or aligned, appears to be done by hand Corners/sides damaged Information card:Card not as specified, under thickness appears 300gsm, 500gsm specified Card curling- due to poor quality and thickness Cropping not straight or aligned, appears to be done by hand Corners/sides damaged Post card:Cards badly scratched- too harsh for it to have happened in transit Big colour variation between cards Images not clear Lamination not aligned- doesn't fully cover the card in some cases Mismatch with the deboss and the spot gloss Vinyl stickers Colour match very poor- pms3115 specified, colour was so out, it wasn't even on the same swatch page! Gloss supplied- matte specified Hangcard diecut Diecut mismatched- The importance of getting this right was discussed at length with the printer Card not as specified, under thickness appears 300gsm, 500gsm specified Very expensive lesson learned here!
