First we received a set of samples from Linyi Fengrui Metals Manufacturing Co., Ltd, which were tested and approved. Then we sent our samples and asked the supplier to develop counter samples, and only on our approval take up bulk production. The supplier sent us samples after bulk production. The samples are nowhere close to our requirements and specifications. Hardness of the nails are very poor, no buyer would accept these. they are not ready to reproduce the cargo, nor return the advance amount for more than 5 months. They do not reply to emails or answer phone calls.
