This supplier sent several emails offering steel in coils and other types, so we began to ask for prices and samples. They sent one sample from two we ask for. We tested this sample and everything was ok, they sent proforma invoice, we paid 35% in advance and the delayed this order in December but they failed to deliver and we talked to them and give them time until January 2016 but again failed to deliver. I have called them to the telephone numbers on their web page and nothing happened, email them 3 times and there is no answer.

RECOMMENDATION: |
Overtime we must search internet for company info, try to find supplier on different blacklists, pay for attorneys or whatever needed to legal concepts, if is the first time try to use something that requires confirmation from consumer to be paid.
