This company is a terrible company to work with. Kinkhab Fashion will claim to produce quality goods within an agreed upon time frame. In over 8 months of working with Kinkhab Fashion, they have not met one deadline. I am still waiting for 2 designs that I have paid for over 5 months ago. Kinkhab Fashion will constantly give you the run around when discussing products that are overdue. I have been told products have been shipped to me and then several weeks later I was told the same products we not made yet. When a product does ship, the quality never matches the approved samples. In fact, the production is not consistent within itself. Kinkhab Fashion will not honor a refund and requesting a credit with Kinkhab Fashion is useless since the production quality is so poor. In addition, when production does arrive, you will seldom receive the total amount of goods you have paid for. For example, I paid for 100 pieces, they shipped me 86 pieces. Kinkhab will charge you screen printing cost. Instead of the paid for screen printing, Kinkhab will then digital print your goods. Digital printing significantly less expensive, so you are being charged for a service you did not receive. Kinkhab claims to be "Certified Fair Trade". However, Kinkhab will most likely have a third party work on your product; which is most likely not "Certified Fair Trade". Again, you are being charged for a service you did not receive. Kinkhab Fashion has been, to say the least, a nightmare to work with. Not only did I invest in a great deal of money, but the relationship with my buyers was jeopardized since I could not make the promised deliveries and the production was so different from the samples shown.
