They didn't match the specifications in the instruction manual and their official website specs. David Wang from Medical Beauty does not communicate. Hy only uses Google Translator. Other people in this company, even though they speak English, they do not communicate either. The company does not want to warranty service their equipment. Their knowledge about the equipment is very poor. They ignore customers, they do not answer the masseges, chats, Skype for weeks. Their CE certificates are fake, that is in international froud.
