I lost USD$ 13,000.00 with this company, I need help to get my money back would like to take legal action against this company to make sure they don't scam anybody else in the future. We find them through Alibaba website in order to acquire virgin HDPE granular , they sent us the quotation and both parts agreed the price. They send us the official quotation and the PI, we transfer the down payment and 2 weeks later they told us that the material had been already shipped but they never send us pictures neither BL and after make thousand calls and after a lot of emails, they told us that this was not true and now every time we call by phone or Skype they have a pretext about the shipment, until we asked to them refund our money but without response from their part until 2 days ago that nobody answer the phone in their office and JASMINE ( the salesman ) canceled her account of Skype. At present they no longer appear anymore in the Alibaba website and we can't find them on any side.

The lesson I learned is that almost all trading HDPE,LDPE companies in china are scammers, we have had contact almost 40 companies and when we say them that we need to send a third party in order to make a inspection and certification of their facilities, they never answer your calls and
