During our 10 year experience of exporting the goods from China (every 2 month we ship at least a 40HQ container) the order from Jiangxi Tianrui Auto Accessories Co,.Ltd. was one of our worst deals. Everything started in autumn 2013 as usual: friendly communication by email > personal factory visit including the dinner with the factory manager > order confirmation > 30% deposit payment The delivery time according to the official commercial invoice was 40 days. After 40 days they started to apologize and keep us waiting: "sorry, wait 1 more week", "sorry, wait 2 more weeks", "sorry, now we are on holidays", "sorry, now we have Chinese New Year", "sorry, our supplier failed to deliver us the components". This way passed almost 6 months! Moreover, the factory manager has explicitly confirmed us 2 times the shipping date. Two times we have booked a container and two times the shipping date was cancelled by the supplier 1-2 days before the container arrival. On the direct question: "Why do you constantly lie about the shipping date? We loose a lot of money if we cancel the booking!" the answer from the factory manager was amazing: "I lied because I was afraid you would become angry if I tell you the truth". Finally, with the indirect support of our company's lawyer in Guangzhou we could get our 30% deposit back from the factory. Nevertheless our loss was big: half year of the endless communication, two cancelled bookings, lawyer fees and last but not least, the reputation damage of our company (we couldn't deliver the goods to our customers). Conclusion:Due to our experience, we warn all the foreign buyers from all countries against the ordering from Jiangxi Tianrui Auto Accessories Co,.Ltd. (www.protection4x4.com). If you are the buyer of the CAR ACCESSORIES, just avoid this factory in China and you will avoid a lot of problems!
