We made a large sample order for purposes of photography, preparing specification sheets and user manuals, and establishing a web site as well two instruments to be given to well known performers in order to seek endorsements. Order placed August 2015. We were told they would make an October 1 deadline, which was missed. We asked for photos of WIP, and new dates were promised, and missed many times. Most photos we did receive showed serious flaws or failure to meet specifications. The time of writing this is early May 2016. We have received almost no photos, and needless to say, there is no sign of this order being completed. We lost our 50% deposit plus the cost of pickups and other parts we had made and shipped to the manufacturer. I hope that others selecting this manufacturer have a better experience. Given they appear to remain in business, I imagine that not all customers are treated like us.

Close supervision, and engaging an independent third party to assist is essential and not having performed these steps may be why this supplier exploited us.
