I purchased 2 bikes from worth approximately $350 USD each from Hongkong Xincheng International Business Trading Limited. The person who I was dealing with went by the name of Mr Bruce Jiao. After paying for my bikes in January 2013, I finally received a 1 bike in April 2013. This bike was however no the correct bike, it was a different color, had defects, was missing a seat, did not have a back brake. As for the second bike I have been emailing Mr Jiao for the last 8 months and have not received anything. He has said that it has been sent several times, but still I receive no bike. I ask for a refund but he does not refund me.
