I inquired about the item, the seller replied with the prices. The seller provided all the information necessary to do the bank transfer. After the bank transfer was complete. The seller said that the item will be shipped in 3 days and that he will provide the tracking number. After which he didn't respond anymore.

RECOMMENDATION: |
I have been purchasing from overseas many times and haven't had this incident before. This time everything was the same and nothing was strange enough to make me thing that this was fraud. I think now I will only be purchasing using a 3rd party to hold the money, until I receive the item.
