Urgently needed a specific type of 56 inch lcd panels (8 units). After going through the normal channels (alibaba, seekic....) I found the supplier & after numerous emails and phone calls, and obtaining their business registration certificated (and checking it out). We decided to wire the funds USD 4,170. We received a tiny dhl package with a piece of plastic inside. Following reception they answered our emails and calls saying that their supplier had messed up. And that they would refunds the whole amount. For the past 2 weeks they are not answering their emails or phone calls.
