COMPLAINT:
This Chinese supplier has been nothing but a scammer since the 3rd order. On 1 order, the sales lady gave an invoice with a bank account belonging to another company (shell company) and was pressuring us to transfer the payment into the wrong account. We told her the bank will do make the transfer, then she told us to just transfer it into the bank account they usually use to receive payments. This sales lady changed the bank account info on purpose so we transfer money into the wrong bank account.

On the 4th order, we ordered 4 very expensive GNSS / GPS receivers and they were all defective. They do not work. When we told them about the problem, the supplier was blaming us for not knowing how to use it (when we are total professionals). They could also not show us any evidence of it working on their end.

Back to the 3rd order that eventually came, 4 of the GIS handheld receivers were defective and they were blaming us for not knowing how to use it.

This company has shows us no respect.

RECOMMENDATION:
We learned that is it not a good idea to purchase large orders when dealing with a new supplier overseas. We should have ordered small quantity to minimize our losses and not make ourselves look like an easy target with a lot of cash to splash around. If something looks wrong, stop the business dealers until the there is a satisfactory explanation from management (such as the invoice with the wrong bank account).
