I sign a contract with APEC Circuits Electronics Co., Ltd to build a PC-Board, paid 30% in advance at signature of the contract and then sent the sample ($5000), the contract had a clause of 1% daily fine after certain date if board wasn't delivered, visited the factory three times sent numerous e-mail three years had passed and until now I do not have the board, the money or the sample, complete scammers, everybody shall be aware of this company.
