I purchased a new hydraulic pump from Sales Manager Carton Rao of HENG Song Mechanical Parts because it was nearly half the price of buying 1 in Australia. After I received my hydraulic pump I installed it and then tested my machine. My machine would not work, so I contacted the supplier and they told me to adjust the pressures. I engaged a professional mechanic to do this. He tested the pressures and but could not get the correct results. At this point I contacted the supplier again and he told me that it was my fault and that I had made the pressures to high and this had caused the damage to the pump. He then stopped answering my emails. The professional mechanic dismantled the pump and found numerous broken pieces inside. I then tried to make a claim through Alibaba but they could not help me because I had dismantled the pump without the suppliers approval. I don't know how I could get their approval if they would not answer my emails, chat sessions and even phone calls??? I had to spend almost $2,000.00 AU on the professional mechanic, then I had to buy a new pump from Komatsu in Australia at full price. I then installed the Australian pump and now my machine is working normally. The Australian pump was installed exactly the same way as I installed the Chinese one. So the Chinese pump must have had a problem before I received it.
