After many emails and phone discussions we agreed to take a 25kg bag sample of NBR granules. We would transfer up front for the sample and express courier costs. Once we had sent the money, supplier ceased to answer emails or take calls. I have given ample opportunity for John Guo to respond.

Don't use this supplier ever, he is a con man. In hindsight I can see issues now with the website in terms of telephone numbers and content.
