We made several purchases and everything worked properly. We further payment (because the firm Hellomoon was in trouble with tax) and immediately begin with the problems: it was "lost" a box of products and after a few months tell us that they have our money (approximately U $ S 7800) and refuse to clarify the situation. Our accounts have been bloqueadass mail and do not respond to the requirements.
