I am owner of Accordant Traders and Company having IEC License using which I ordered 1000 Shopping Trolley Bags from Hefei Greenpool Trading Co., Ltd. China. The quality of product at the time of delivery after giving full and final amount was so bad that I got all my 1000 pieces back from my customers and I had to return whole amount. I am trying to contact the company regarding the same but I am not getting an response as they are not replying to my mails and messages. I spent 2,31,665 towards cost of product, shipping cost 67,078, custom duty 67,948 and other charges 56,125 = Total 4,22,816 towards the purchase of 1000 pieces which are now lying as scrap to me. Please help me as I got a total loss of whole amount I invested in this import trade and sales in the local Indian Market. Issues faced by customers:1. Trolley frame is very light in weight. 2. Trolley bag is inappropriate in size. 3. Wheels are not durable. 4. Basic purpose of the product is not fulfilled.
