We had very bad experiences with Hebei province companies specially located in Shijiazhuang. They sent us all registration certificates, B/L copies of their last dealings. Unfortunately we think now everything shared was forged including their company's seal and sign. Kindly suggest if there is anyway we can present these documents to any legal body and consult assistance to get our payment back ?

First time or second time doesn't matter - just google that particular company name as FRAUD and check if there is any suspicious blog or website opening up in your search engine. By the time we did this our payment was already gone into suppliers account.
