I have been doing business in China and had dealings with this Chinese supplier 2 times in 2012 and 2013. In 2012 the supplier Owners name is Summer. I purchased around $50,000 dollars worth of patio furniture (4 containers) from their company and I did not get the product inspected. when I received the products they where short over $6000 dollars of worth of merchandise. When I told summer about the situation she denied everything and never compensated me the money for 2012 (things that where missing where glass for patio tables damaged products and missing piece to make a complete set). In 2013 they asked me to deal with them again and this time I purchased 6 containers $100,000 dollars worth of stuff. When the items where received again the owner summer screwed me for over $12,000 dollars. In this included (damaged products missing lounge chairs and damaged products). I contacted them about the problems and again they screwed me saying that they sent everything and the damages where from the shipping which was a complete lie. I never dealt with them again, and they are still asking to win my business back, but I do not trust them.

Use a LC payment to protect yourself as well make sure you either get a 3rd party person to inspect your product or go and do it yourself.
