Not a good experience at all. Bob Qain, the supplier took all my information, assured me I would receive the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 phone in black, which I never did. I paid for the phone via western union. Bob Qain shipped a phone I did not request which was a Samsung S 5 phone and refused to respond to any of my emails about exchanging the phone for the correct one I requested. I emailed Bob Qain many times to exchange the phone for the Note 4 which I had requested in our communication via email.

RECOMMENDATION: |
I learned that some of the Chinese supplier companies cannot be trusted and once they have your money there is nothing you can do to make them take care of their error. You are stuck with whatever they send and they will cut off all communication. I will never order from this company and will tell everyone I know not to order from this company.
