chuanqi88shijie163 (4102) on ioffer claimed to have sent a parcel containing $US90 worth of men's belts. After two and a half months, he claims he sent the parcel but that I didn't sign for it so that it was returned to him. He then demanded another $20 to re-send the product. However, I never received it. The tracking shows the parcel never left China, and I compromised - take out your postal costs and send me the difference - but he has not replied.
