Chinese companies are nice until they get your money! On March 2015, I had an incident with Guangzhou D-Think Technologies, Inc. When I placed my $400 order, I explicitly mentioned them to NOT post the goods via (very expensive) DHL. They ignored me and they sent the goods with DHL (charging me another $300). After complaining, they agreed that I return the items back and they would send them back with via (much cheaper) Hong Kong Post. After that, I did returned the order back and since then they disappeared. They are not answering to my emails or phone and Skype calls for the last 5 months. They did not even answer to the dispute I opened at PayPal. So If you want to order again from China Think twice (and avoid D-Think).

Always make a written contract with the seller so you can claim back your money from paypal. Beware of the deliberate delays of the seller.
