Secondly, when they shipped the products to my shipping agents warehouse to be combined with other goods I ordered from other factories, my shipping agent informed me and them that their wood pallets used for packaging have not been fumigated and if they go on sea to USA, they will be unable to clear this shipment if the wood is not fumigated.

After so much hassle, they made me pay for fumigation (although this is always the responsibility of the shipper to use fumigated wood). After they sent a company to do the fumigation, my agent informed Lingyin that the packaging is not safe and should be redone. Lingyin argued that the packaging is okay, so my agent made them sign a letter to take responsibility in case of damage during shipment, which Lingyin signed.

Fast-forward; about 4 weeks later after I cleared customs in the USA, 2 of the patio doors were completely broken and the frame was damages, I was very very surprised at the packaging that was used! All of the swinging doors were made about 2 inches larger than my order was, so they do not fit in the frame of my wall. In addition, the skylight window was not made leveled, so when placing in the floor, not all sides of the is even with the floor.

I am unable to use about 85% of this order and they did not agree to refund even $1 or replace any of it. they refuse to answer further calls or emails. I event sent my agent to speak with them but they have been so rude and unwilling to help. I will NEVER do business with this company again! Please contact me with any questions [email protected]
