Do not work with them, unless the Chinese government start to teach such companies and their owners (managers) with a bullet in the head. I strongly believe that with few examples in public this will be solved for a very long time and whole honest Chinese companies will have better sale trough internet. Now i want ever do business with them and persuade all not to deal with them.
