BAISIDE INTERNATIONAL Co. LTD IS A FRAUD. Angel Rose, Jeff King, Victor Lee I was contacted by Alice Rose to buy electronic items in China, for shipment overseas, to a potential client in Africa. I spoke with Angel Rose for about a month trying to get a site visit set up, but kept saying they were too busy to meet. Mistake number one was going a head without that visit (seeing they were acting so open and all). Their communication was good at the start. After order was placed, I was given an incorrect tracking number (one already assigned to someone else apparently). I was given another and was told items are on the way. I was pretty much strung along after that. First they said it would arrive via DHL 5-7 business days. Two weeks later - nothing. Called to follow-up and was told it went EMS not DHL. Two and a half weeks later client receives a single box of junk remotes. As you can imagine communication broke down after that. I got another lie stating they would refund the money I spent and then no contact. Or when I call they act like there is a problem with the line and hang up. I spoke with Angel Rose and a Jeff King who said his supervisor was a Victor Lee (who never answers the phone). All a bunch of lies. I got this email from them in the beginning:Glad to speak with you. We are the formal company and we are looking for a long-term partner, all of our products are original and new, they are high quality and speed, they has been certified. Things to remember: Get an inspection done - NO EXCEPTIONS! Don't work with companies with only one or two contacts. Beware of companies that offer a wide variety of brand name products. I hope this helps someone. Best of luck!
