COMPLAINT:
I went to Aliaba made and suppliers started emailing me of products available and their offers, I made contact with Goose-Elec, we exchanged emails regarding the products I went and made the order. Payment was made thru western Unions and as a confirmation they sent a tracking number, I was hoping for independent courier but they sent it thru mail china post to Canada post, after some research it say it will take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery so I waited tracked the number provided and found out it was sent to another address in another province in Canada, immediately contacted the contact person who is just name joy and started making queries about the package , I asked for a copy of the address they sent the package to, i even assume that they just have a partner here in Canada that will forward to me the products I ordered but the only reply i got was products has been delivered and I already have them. I asked for a confirmation that they have since they are so sure I receive them already, up to now I am still waiting for a reply or the products. i always go to the feedback section of their and file a complaint hoping that somebody else in the company is reading those email and i would get a reply from another to no avail. That is why I am just trying find a site that will inform the others that this company is a scam, if you can send a site where I can complain to the Chinese government about the existence of these company i would appreciate it. I hope I get results in these email
