Our company got the samples from First-Horse Metal Products Co., Ltd ( 江门市新骏成金属制品有限公司), the samples were of good quality and our client placed an order with this company in China. It was a big order and big money. When they delivered the goods, our company and our client was very upset, because of very bad quality, too much different from the samples they have sent to us before. We tried to contact with them and solve this problem, but they utterly ignored us for two weeks. Then they replied and promised us that they will make new goods with good quality. But one month after our inspection checked the goods again and found out that nothing was changed, the seller lied to us and didnt do anything. Then we tried contact with their sales manager (her name is Effie ([email protected]) she ignored us for 2 weeks again, she didn't provide her boss' phone number, email etc., when we asked for it, they don't go on compromise, they really don't care about it... They don't care about their clients!!! I don't know how other clients can cooperate with them. How can we believe this company and work with them?!
