I ordered from this company a tablet a while back. When I got the tablet it was working fine then suddenly stopped working. I contacted the supplier stating that it was under a 1 year warranty by the manufacture so if I could claim a warranty claim to them. They stated I could return the tablet under first class mail and that they would fix it and would return it to me immediately. After the tablet reaches they said if I want the tablet back I must pay 18 dollars or I will never get the tablet back. They gave me a option that I could have purchased something else. So I decided I needed a case then they said I would have to now pay for the case plus 18 dollars to get back the tablet though in the emails we exchanged the supplier stated I would only have to pay 12 dollars more for the rest of the shipping cost. til this day i have not gotten my tablet back at all. Beware, I have read on other people's complaints that this company gives out fake tracking numbers and does other unlawful work to get money.

Purchase electronics from local markets don't deal with Chinese suppliers there is no such thing as a return policy with them.
