Horrible! I asked for a purse on the on March 2nd. Paid for it March 8th. On March 10th they told me they sold it on the 9th even tho I paid on the 8th. Then they said to wait for more to be produced. I waited 2 weeks. Contacted them again and asked for a refund or to pick out a different bag. I sent my choices and they said they would send me one I didn't choose at all. I said no. Please send my money back. They have refused.
