My business partner & I spent a total of $2100 USD to purchase souvenir magnets from Ms. Sabrina Huiyan who claims to be a marketing manager, after weeks of constant email and communication we sent Payment through paypal, however after she recieved payment she began to email me less often, when she did reply she claimed that production of the magnets will take a bit longer , feeling a bit uneasy I decided to give her 2 more weeks to complete the order. I received the order almost 40 days after I had sent payment, To my horror when I open the boxes NONE OF THE MAGNETS WHERE DESIGNED TO THE SPECIFICATIONS I HAD REQUESTED. It was like she just took random magnets i put them in a box and shipped them. I was so pissed off, I stared to email her asking what the hell is up with the order, IT WAS NOT WHAT WE DISCUSSED, she had the gall to tell me if i want a new order I would have to pay her almost double the price for her to resend new magnets , and that Quote" WE HAVE NOTHING FURTHER TO TALK ABOUT" I quickly contacted paypal who told me that unfortunately they could not retrieve my funds as to much time had passed (45-days) so they could not help me.
