We contacted Ms. Sunny initially via a very famous supplier directory platform then moved to direct mail. All went well until PI was received and bank info was not according to company profile - it was a personal bank account for mr. Chen Ma. I tried to settle all details regarding this but we were unable to reach a mid-point. However, I accepted to pay the full amount due to time pressure. Goods were delivered but very, very poor quality - missing paint, rusty parts, dents, creases, you-name it. The whole batch looked like someone played baseball with my products prior to shipment.
