First main order for Headlights from this supplier... Supplier was late on order. 10 Items came in defective from the manufacturing process. Contacted the supplier (Ms. Natalie) with images and info regarding the defective parts. The chinese supplier (Ms. Natalie) said they would replace them, but we would be responsible for shipping. I told them I wanted a refund, and i was ignored. I asked to change the value over to a different product and again i was ignored. the remainder of the headlights i have had problems with. They tend to fog up in high moisture or humidity climates. I told them about that also and was ignored. Our second order was even 4 months late.

RECOMMENDATION: |
I would not deal with this company for any Lighting needs, and be very skeptical about dealing with them in general. I would like to have this company blacklisted from doing business with anyone. but doubt that would happen
