They showed me a very large factory processing #1 Bare Bright Copper Wire at 天津静海区子牙镇子牙开发区. I visited their office also in TianJin at 天津河川大厦A座办公楼十六楼, 天津市和平区南京路235号. They provided Chinese ID for the manager named 孙风光 (Mr Sun). The salesperson was Wendy Wang (王雯娣). I paid 10% deposit and they informed me the shipment was ready. When I arrived at Tianjin from the US, they claimed that they were audited by the govenment environmental agency so they cannot ship. Then, I waited another month when they say they can ship. I sent someone else to witness the shipment. But, on the day of shipment, they claim they cannot ship again due to non-payment by another buyer so they cannot pay for the products. After that, all of their phones were switched off all the time, they never use their Skype address again and they do not reply to emails. I am out 10% (approximately US$20K).
