The company is represented by Mr. Abdalla Majid Abdalla (Phone: +971 50 781 9144 / +971-54 466 5703 or +971-50 114 6174) [email protected] Abdalla Majid [email protected] and is a client of your bank CBDUAEDXXX Commercial Bank of Dubai, holding account number 691000553109. We contacted Mr. Abdalla Majid Abdalla and agreed to enter into an NCNDA/IMFPA prior to conducting any commercial transaction; I have attached the document, which is signed by both parties, accepted by your bank, and notarized by the Ajman Chamber of Commerce (UAE).Attached is the Letter of Credit for USD 94 million, including the agreed-upon commission of USD 9,400,000, which was never paid
