Kingsun Foods delivered goods with poor quality, which did not match the initial commitments. They violated nearly all the export standards initially promised. The tube squid had torn flesh and skin exceeding 20%, with a lot of mixed debris included. For the tentacles: there was a significant amount of torn flesh and skin, failing to meet standards. Flower cut and ring cut squid also had many defects. Moreover, they committed to glazing 20%, but they delivered more than 25%, which means the net weight I received is less than the actual. After I requested compensation, they made every excuse to refuse and have gone silent, avoiding responsibility. I recommend staying away from this company; they are truly a fraudulent company. I am not the first victim.
