I joined a few sites placing requests for Electric Scooter prices, I received many requests and for some stupid reason decided to go with Viteke.com The price was real good, but other companies had the same price listed for the product I was interested in and then I decided to place my first order. I sent the 1st order, then a 2nd order the next day. I decided to combine those orders and that total was 560 USD. The contact lady (Lydia) confirmed my payment was received by Western Union and said I will get tracking numbers in 2 - 3 days. This seemed normal. But within those 2 -3 days I placed a 3rd order for 230 USD and then was told the payment was received and tracking numbers to come. more than 2-3 days have gone by and no answer to my emails, no answer from "contact us" link on company website, no answers at all. I haven't tried to call, as I'm sure the phone # prob doesn't work and if it did it would cost me more money for the international call to be told more bs if they actually answered. Western Union receiver name is Wenjun Huang in Shenzhen China if that helps.

I'm just speechless, I don't know what to do or say. Why are these companies allowed to do this and get away with it? I will never send Western Union payments again. If they want my business they will take a payment processor that has buyer protection on purchases.
