The supplier provides wrong information about the features of the product he produce. He also provide wrong user manuals which cause the product to be used wrongly and finaly to be damaged. In my case the item was sold with "OIL ALARM SYSTEM" which is supposed to protect the generator from a low oil level. This alarm was never in the machine. Jacky, the sales manager, has the worst way to relate to the customer, will blame the customer for everything, will not reply when is not convenient for him and will also tell you that you are a "waste of time". that the kind of person he is. His english is also very poor so the comunication turns to be complicated. They refused alibaba order to avoid to be rated. He demanded a payment to sell again the replacement parts damaged by his fault. Even that we paid for the parts he demanded and even that was unfair to pay, he refuses to deliver the spare parts. This was one of the worst experiences with a supplier. DO NOT BUY THERE!!!

RECOMMENDATION: |
-Do not accept offline orders with new suppliers. -Ask the supplier to write down in the invoice all teh agreed terms. -Ask the supplier all the technical information upfront and make him to confirm that all the specifications in the technical documentation matchs the real product.
