We made an order from supplier Tianjin Bohai Hongda Metal Products Co., Ltd., we signed a contract with 20% upfront payment and 80% after receiving copy of B/L with delivery time 1 month we are on 06/27 the goods have still not been exported and the supplier refuses to reimburse us, compensate us or export the goods the supplier claims that he has been on Alibaba for a long time and he is not at risk we have negotiated the payment terms with customer for a long time, the payment terms are clear in the contract and in the PI (20% in advance, 80% after getting a copy of B/L), the daily of delivery has passed and the seller still refuses to send the goods the supplier no longer wants to refund our original payment, send the money or talk to us
