I placed an order in January 2022 for PPGI for $111,648.75,000. 100% payable with B/L. After delivery and inspection at the warehouse, it was discovered that the material is in short supply. Priced $12,460. In a conversation, the seller Mr. Lv Xuezhen said that the quantity is correct without any evidence, and then he replied more to our messages.
