One of the Chinese supplier Shandong Kunda Steel based in China have cheated us. They cheated Government of China by issuing forged documents which must be notified to Chinese Ministry of Foreign affairs as if not than we don't know how many more UK buyers can be victim of this company. This company involved in containers weight fraud and bribing sea port authorities in China , dint know what other parts in the world Company involves in falsifying and issuing of fabricated documents, means fake MTC ( mill test certificate) of the government owns mills of China. The weight shortage fraud is high crime and lot of concerns here as they ship our material with the weight shortage of 26 ton means about $ 37000 American dollars . They have refused to give MTC certificate, PO ( purchased order) and Calibration certificates to SGS. SGS certificates is attached.. Key persons of this company involved in crime and issuing fabricating documents worldwide that includes .. Mr Jiang Yang owner of the company Miss Lily Zhao , equal partner in crime as our order has been processed through Lily Zhao and she confirms us that she is witnessed to all this fraud... We request your offices to inform the minister of foreign affairs of China to take action on this or else they keep fooling international buyers from worldwide . If require all the videos of the entire cargo will be provided which confirms the actual weight. Further they are also making fake SGS stickers which they are pasting on the material as SGS has denied that the stickers where it is pasted, its not theirs, reflects on the videos. Shandong Kunda Steel using Government's own mills name when selling their material to worldwide as well as to our office based in United Kingdom. Prime people who are committing fraud and cheat and hunting innocent international buyers again are Lily Zhao , One of the Key employee Owner : Jiang Yang Shandong Qiyuan Steel provided us with the mill certificate at the time of first inspection by SGS and later they are blackmailing to the world wide renowned inspection agency SGS that they could not provide that s they have destroyed the MTC.. We are scared that this type of company based in China can cheat other international buyers as they have already cheated us as well as the buyer in Malaysia and many others worldwide , which has been floated on internet . The issue is now they have stop responding to us and they feel that there is no law in China, and we believe that if you send messages to the ministries then there is a chance for us to recover our loss of about $ 40,000 . ............................................. Must be very careful and while loading the material all the buyers must make sure that containers are sealed in front of their third party inspection company as this sort of company can change the material to lighter weight which can cause heavy loss like in our case the loss if USD 37000 plus we alos loose our clientale. This company must be punished as they have devulged even SGS and Chinese sea port authorities and have given us Fabricated BL and submitted wrong packing list that confirms that Shandong Kunda steel has bribed the Chinese sea port authorities as well.
