We are company based in USA and United Kingdom, we also have our staff based in India.

One of the Chinese supplier Shandong Qiyuan Steel based in China are holding our monies illegally of Usd 9150 and using Government's own mills name when selling their material to our office based in United Kingdom. Shandong Qiyuan Steel never provided us with the mill certificate at the time of first inspection by SGS and later they ate blackmailing us to purchase their material or they will not return our deposits. Shandong Qiyuan Steel changed the payment terms without our consent and lying to the authorities .

Shandong Qiyuan Steel has now been officially blacklisted as you can Google the information as how they have cheated us.

Ali Baba has been informed as they are also selling their material through Ali Baba and as per the laws of Ali Baba they cannot allow black listed company to sell their material by using their website. In the same way we are writing to you and all the proofs ate attached. You also need to remove this company Shandong Qiyuan Steel from your supply list as at end innocent buyers will end up.like us .

We are scared that this type of company based in China can cheat other international buyers as they have already cheated us as well as the buyer in South Africa, which has been floated on internet by the South African buyers. The issue is now they have stop responding to us and they feel that there is no law in China and we believe that China is one of the finest country when it has to do with the law , kindly look into this company so justice can be served.

We are copying this message to the supplier in China Shandong Qiyuan Steel also as we want to be fair as long as they return our monies we will be happy to withdraw our case, but they have to return our monies.

Please be informed here are several documents which we are attaching now. Since the supplier agreed that 90 % of the payment will be after the receipt of the vessel BL copy where now they are asking upfront and Black mailing us and that is too after three SGS. SGS statements also attached that this company is cheat and fraud.

We are also enclosing the payment of 10% which was made and Shandong Qiyuan Steel holding it illegally.

We hope your goodself will upload these documents into your system and do the needful to collect our deposits from Shandong Qiyuan Steel so others won't get ripped off or become victims of this supplier.

CASE SUMMARY

Cheated by supplier as we have all the documents like Performa invoice, without our agreed payment terms which suppliers has changed without our consent so they can have 90% of the balance and can flew away. SGS confirmed us in writing that this company involved in fabricating SGS certificates, we have SGS statements in writing, Material inspected by SGS is not what we have ordered, it is just like we asked for 34 inch of jeans where the seller forcing us the buy 30 inch of jeans, plus material is junk , broken, seems they have bought secondary steel where our order is for primary.

Qiyuan Steel blackmailing us and forcing us to buy .

We have already requested USA and UK embassy to take a notice of this, furher. Supplier has been copied in this email so if they are willing to return our monies we may be a party to withdraw our case but they need to apologise and return our initial deposit.

Never pay in advance no matter what. Get third party inspection about the establishment of business and payment strictly to be of letter of credit where you put all the clauses supporting by the approval of third party like SGS.

In our scenario SGS confirmed us in writing that Shandong Qiyuan Steel are cheat and they have given this statement in writing. Supplier not returning our deposits and playing games.
