Shandong Cheming Steel Co., Ltd. posed itself as manufacturer for aluminium plates. That is so far I know. I placed an order last August 2019 for aluminum plates and other metal bars amounting to $47,000+. 20% adv and balance payable with LC at sight. After delivery and inspection at warehouse, it was found out that the material is quantity is short. Valued $15,610. In one conversation, the salesman Mr. Daniel Liu stated that "the boss told me that the price of aluminum sheet had risen before shipment. We haven't shipped less to you. The value of the goods shipped is the value of the PI". I went to China's Economic and Commercial Counselor's Office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to submit a complaint letter. Unfortunately, no substantial support.
