COMPLAINT:
My contact has been at Alison Franklin +86 133 2790 1868. Email: [email protected].

In the beginning she pushed me to pay the deposit fast. Alison then argues prices are increasing quickly and I therefore need to be fast. Once paid she starts to inform me what they cannot deliver in accordance to our initial agreement. When asking for new PO Alison will continuously try to raise prices by not deleting costs for items she is no longer going to deliver and change line by line data/not update the total. Since she will not deliver according to the total list this means you pay more in the end for the initial deposit than the % you agreed. That since much on the list will never deliver be delivered. Same thing has now happened twice with same supplier.

Out of what is left to distribute in the end she refuses to send any packaging list showing volume of packaged goods nor inform when goods can be picked up. She tells you they will not do so unless you paid all in full. As such you are unable schedule any shipment with an agent unless you are able to find an intermediate company which can add on the goods to their shipping list. This is why my first shipment passed through without her export license nor proper packaging list. Alison will not help you with any shipment and instead refer to FOB.

If you don’t pay full when she asks, Alison goes brutally rude to push you to pay by really nasty communication tactics. I have continuously asked for a packing list and a date when goods will be ready but she refuses to tell. My agent has also continuously for months tried to get her to response but Alison refuses to respond to them as well. I have even showed Alison this warning site about their company which I found on the internet, https://haoruisteal.com/. When doing so I have asked for some sort of guarantee that she will actually prepare goods for shipping in order for me to pay the full (date when goods is ready & a list showing volume & total weight of goods). When I ask, she tells me she will sell my goods to others since she cannot stand me. Unless I stop and just pay the full, she will not help. She does nor respond to any of my questions. The least I need is to get the packaging list and for her to tell me when goods are ready so I can arrange shipping but she refuses.

Now I also found out the NNN agreement we signed is false. The contact number to the CEO, Jingjing Li, in that contract does not correspond to another contract I was able to get ahold of (see below) when comparing the two. The style of the hand written signature also differs between the two. Furthermore, she is not adding the PayPal account as the payment solution which was agreed by the parties in our NNN agreement. Instead, she refuses and enter a new bank account instead.

When trying to call the number to the CEO, Jingjing Li, listed in the NNN contract Alison responded instead pretending to be the actual CEO. I had someone else doing the call but listened to it so I knew it was Alison on the call. She is not supportive to the person who I asked to dial and tells him we can calculate all packaged goods ourselves. That even though we do not know how it will be packaged. She also tells him she will not tell when goods are ready for us to schedule any shipping until she has received the full payment from us. All the time on the call she pretends that she is the CEO.

However, I have now been able to trace down a “new potential CEO with same name” through trying to place a new order at Alibaba. Did so under a new name, with a new contact Rita Wang working within the same company. Through that negotiation I was able to get a new number to the CEO Jingjing Li through pretending to be someone else who wanted to place a huge order. When reaching Jingjing Li she told me she will investigate with Alison and return.

However, I have not heard back yet and continuously receive nasty messages on WhatsApp from the Alison. I continuously forward all without responding to them to the CEO Jingjing Li asking them to give me a new contact to work with. I am unable to reach CEO Jingjing Li since phone is occupied but asked someone else to dial her who is able to get through. She then responded and mentioned she will call me back. However, no call back yet.

RECOMMENDATION:
In Covid times it might not be easy to crosscheck so listen to your gut feeling and don't place a too big order first time. Make sure to get references if you can and call CEO personally to ensure there is a real person behind the signature. Validate what is on the business license.

The best thing would be not to pay until you know the goods are on the ship. Your shipping agent might be able to provide such arrangement to secure each party.
