Being fully aware of the critical requirement of medical oxygen concentrator product for patients, and our urgency to purchase them, Clint from Sunyi Technology- Zongshan City posed as a manufacturer of medical equipment. He scammed and deceived us, and imposed on us a great loss, which ended up having a disastrous effect on our aid relief effort.

The delay caused due to Clint’s fraud and belligerence has now pushed our order deliveries several weeks in future, at a time when every single day is critical to saving lives by providing oxygen equipment.

He took money from us, through devious means by a false commitment date of 8th May. And closer to the date he refused to fulfill the order on the committed date. As a blackmail tool, he offered us sub-standard, cheap and useless products in a 'take it or leave it manner'.

After much pressure he gave a partial refund, but not before deducting USD 1500 from it. He continues to operate on online platforms of Alibaba, Tradekey etc. And is misrepresenting other companies’ products as his own, by putting his company details on their brochures and literature. This amounts to forgery, misrepresentation, fraud and copyright infringement.

His actions amount to a crime because his chicanery is causing delay in essential oxygen equipment orders, putting many lives at stake, besides causing financial loss to individuals and companies who fall into his trap.
