I am ANAS ABDUL RAHMAN , working in ZERABI Company, Saudi Arabia. We are one of the Sofa manufacturers in the Kingdom. I would like to report a China Supplier who cheated us by not loading the GOODS and sending an almost empty container. We ordered 1 Container of POLYESTER (20 Bags. each bag 270 KG) from supplier Xingtai Jiaying Textile Company. After we made the payment they loaded the container along with some of our other few goods. But, once we received our container , these 20 Bags of Polyester was missing. Supplier did not load any POLYESTER. Also , We checked with SAUDI CUSTOMS and we got the report from Saudi Customs that the Polyester was not available once they opened the container. I enquired this with the supplier but they are not giving any feedback or solution for this. Supplier have cheated us. They where very cooperative once we send the payment and during the loading time. They made all the Invoices but the actual product they did not load. Also note, the product is 20 bags of polyester where each bag is 270 KG. So the product is a big product.
