I was contacted by the person named Andy Wan / Marry Wan ([email protected]) in a December 2018 with the offer for Caustic Soda. Next month we’ve discussed an options for the contract, and some weeks later that manager confirmed they got no possibility to get payment on Henan Bright Commercial Co., Ltd. due the audit and asked to change the details for their affiliated company named Zhengzhou Flyhigh Commercial Co., Ltd. Same address, same person in change (Wang Zhenya/Jerry Song/Yanping Song), just a different export license. We signed an order in a February 2019, with advance payment in 30% and date of dispatch for the start of March 2019. Next has begun every weeks show with explanation why shipment isn’t realized yet. First they blamed forwarder, trying to assure me that they declared goods wrong, without IMO 8 class. Further as they get containers for loading from the seaport, they were still blaming Kuehne+Nagel forwarder for being late with export documents. Forwader on his own few times gave me a proof that delays is cuz of Seller. We spent in that way for 5 weeks, in the mid of April 2019 container was finally loaded on vessel, accordingly we get from Seller analysis report and photo report to realize the rest 70% of payment. By arrival to Russia, we found two types of bag in container. So seems the bags in a front part were for successful pass of assay analysis, and in the rear part of container was counterfeit in bags of Caustic Soda. Now our warehouse is trying to separate the fake from Caustic Soda, checking all the 25 Metric Tons. After that we’ll report to Alibaba with counterfeit details for that Seller. One of their victim already made them banned on Made-In-China, so hope Alibaba will follow.
