Dear Friends, I would like to inform the subscribers to take care when they do business with this company JET GRANITO PVT LTD, my client bought 5 porcelain containers in the last month of February 2018, but when the goods arrived the pallets were refused by the Ministry of Agriculture of Brazil for not having the stamps with clear visualization for reading of the agents, where these stamps should contain specific data, where they could not verify any of the same data, therefore they were refused. The agents demanded the exchange of the pallets by others with good visualization of the stamp, now that the problem has arrived, the merchandise has been collected for the Ministry of Agriculture warehouse until the problem is solved, that is, to buy new pallets and to replace all the merchandise , where rejected pallets should be shipped back to the country of origin. This company JET GRANITO PVT LTD took 45 days to accept the return of the pallets, so the merchandise was retained in the warehouse for 45 days, the merchandise can only be withdrawn after payment of the storage and demurrage fees, which we cost approximately USD13. 000.00 loss, where this amount should be paid by JET GRANITO PVT LTD because it should inspect the pallets before leaving the factory. Today 18-08-2018 I received the reply that this company will NOT pay for these costs, claiming that the pallets were fumigated etc ...

Very careful with this type of company JET GRANITO PVT LTD, are malicious and fraudulent, when it comes to selling are considerate, but when any problem happens, they run away fast. Today I am warning all my clients and reporting on all complaints sites that problem so that other clients do not go through this. DON'T MAKE THE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
