We are a german company purchasing any kind of promotion items in China and selling them among the European market. We looked for a BBQ brush and Mr. Vincent Ray sent us an offer and corresponding samples. The communication was very good. We placed an order and arranged payment of 30% deposit. After remittance done the communication change from bad to worse. He never sent an approval sample and finally he refused the order because of "enviromental problems". He agreed to refund the deposit but always delay the payment. Now no more communication with him. He ignore our phone calls and also emails. He is a liar and swindler.
